First time customers are required to set-up an initial appointment and will be subject to Refresh Deep Cleaning rate.

Rates are subject to change, if service extends beyond the original Routine General Cleaning agreement. We require your consent before adding any extra charges.

We understand that schedules can change. That’s why we’re happy to reschedule your cleaning service at no cost—just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll find a time that works better for you.

If you need to cancel your service entirely, fees do apply based on your cleaning frequency:

50% of the service cost for weekly and biweekly cleanings

100% of the service cost for monthly cleanings

These cancellation fees help us maintain dedicated slots for all our clients and ensure we have the capacity to serve everyone effectively. Thank you for your understanding, and please reach out if you have any questions or need to adjust your appointment.
